We are an owner-operated lawn care service serving towns across the A12 corridor including Colchester, Witham, Chelmsford, Braintree, Halstead, and Maldon. You can find out more about us on our about page.
What we collect
Information you provide: When you fill in our quote form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, service interest, preferred contact method, and any notes you add about your lawn. If you upload photos, we store those too. If you sign up to our waitlist, we collect your postcode and email address.
Information collected automatically: If you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised data about how you use the site, including pages viewed, time on site, device type, and approximate location. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally. If you reject cookies, no analytics data is collected.
How we use your data and our lawful basis
Under UK GDPR, we must have a lawful basis for processing your personal data. Here is how we use your data and the legal basis for each:
- Arranging your lawn survey and providing quotes: we use your name, contact details, postcode, and service interest to arrange and carry out your free lawn survey, send a confirmation email, and follow up with a quote. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (providing the service you requested).
- Managing your service: if you become a customer, we use your contact details to manage your lawn care plan. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- Waitlist notifications: if you join our waitlist, we use your email and postcode to notify you when we expand to your area. Lawful basis: consent (you can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us).
- Analytics: we use anonymised analytics data to understand how people use the website and improve the experience. Lawful basis: consent (only collected when you accept cookies).
- Advertising conversion tracking: we use Google Ads conversion data to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Lawful basis: consent (only active when you accept cookies).
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
