If renovation work would help, we’ll tell you when we’d schedule it (it’s included in The Lawn Care Plan). If the lawn needs a proper reset first, we’ll quote a one-off Full Lawn Restoration separately. We’ll explain what’s included, when we’ll visit, and what it costs. If you’re happy, we agree a start date.

You'll typically go from survey to first treatment within two weeks. After that:

The full annual cycle completed - Autumn Renovation (scarify, aerate, overseed, topdress), four feed rounds. Your lawn looks and feels different

Results depend on your lawn's starting condition. A lawn that's mostly healthy will respond faster. A lawn with heavy moss or compacted soil needs a full season to turn around. We'll be honest about timelines at your survey.
