What's included

Weekly or fortnightly mowing

Regular cutting from March through October. We turn up on schedule and your lawn stays tidy. Simple.

Edge trimming every visit

Borders, paths, and beds trimmed with a battery-powered strimmer. Neat edges are what separate a tidy lawn from a mown lawn.

Correct mowing height

We adjust the blade height through the season - higher in summer heat, gradually lower in autumn. No scalping, no stress on the grass.

Clippings managed

Mulched back into the lawn where conditions suit. Otherwise, clippings go straight in your garden waste bin.

Common questions about this plan

How does the direct debit work?
You pay a fixed monthly amount via GoCardless direct debit, spread evenly over 12 months. This covers all mowing visits for the year, so there are no surprise bills. Your price is fixed for the 12-month period.
Do you cover my area?
We're based in Tiptree and serve towns across Essex, including Colchester, Witham, Chelmsford, Braintree, Halstead, and Maldon. Check your postcode on our areas page, or get in touch and we'll confirm.
How many cuts are included in my plan?
Your plan includes a fixed number of cuts per year: 30 on a weekly plan, 15 on a fortnightly plan. The mowing season runs from March to October, adjusted for actual growing conditions. We only count a cut when it actually happens. You never pay for a cut you don’t get.
What happens if you can’t cut my lawn one week?
If weather or ground conditions mean we can’t cut, that visit is not counted against your included cuts. It carries forward within your 12-month cycle. We never charge for a cut that didn’t happen.
What if I need more than my included cuts?
If you need extra cuts beyond your 30 (or 15), we bill them at the same per-cut rate as your plan. No premium, no PAYG surcharge. That is a perk of being on a plan.
What happens to unused cuts at the end of the year?
At the end of your 12-month cycle, we reconcile cuts delivered against your included allocation. If there is a shortfall, you choose: carry them forward to next year, or receive a pro-rata refund. Your choice.
What happens if I cancel?
Plans run in 12-month cycles so we can plan your mowing reliably across the full season. After that, you continue month-to-month with 30 days' notice. We settle pro-rata based on visits delivered. If you have paid more than the value delivered, we refund the difference. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
